The information included in this application may be used by ENCON Equipment in determining the amount and condition of credit to be expected. (I) (We) acknowledge and agree the ENCON Equipment may utilize other sources of credit information which it considers reliable in making this determination. Further I hereby authorize the bank and supplier references, that are listed in this application to release the necessary information to assist ENCON Equipment in establishing a line of credit or updating my existing credit profile.

Credit Policy

PAYMENT TERMS: Upon receipt of Seller's Invoice, with approved credit, COD without credit approval. CREDIT TERMS: if Credit is granted (I) (We) promise to pay all invoices when rendered. (I) (We) understand all invoices are payable on the invoice date and that a service charge of one and one-half percent (1.5%) per month (18% per annum) may be added to the past due account balance. In the event payment is not received and the account is placed for collection, (I) (We) will pay all cost of collection. If legal action is required (I) (We) will pay reasonable attorney fees resulting from such action.
