Now in its 41st year, the Entrepreneur Of The Year program is one of the nation's most respected business awards, recognizing leaders whose vision, innovation, and determination create lasting impact in their industries and communities. Jordan was selected by an independent panel of judges among 32 finalists representing 28 companies across Kentucky, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia.
While the recognition bears Jordan's name, he is quick to point out that it reflects the collective effort of the entire ENCON team.

Over the past three years, ENCON has experienced remarkable growth, expanding more than 500% while opening three locations and earning recognition as the American Rental Association's #1 Market Mover for two consecutive years. Regional winners will be announced on June 25 during a special celebration in Pittsburgh. Those winners will then advance to national consideration at the Entrepreneur Of The Year National Awards later this year.
